Police Post Lindsay Lip Dub Road Closures!

Visiting Lindsay, Ontario tomorrow? Thursday, May 31st, 2012. Lindsay will be the site of the world's largest LipDub.

Lindsay Lip Dub Road Closures



In preparation for Thursday’s Lindsay Lip Dub community event, the Kawartha Lakes Police Service wish to advise the community of the following road closures from 4am through 2pm

a) Kent Street West will be closed from the intersection of Albert Street through Lindsay Street
b) The intersection of Kent Street West and Albert Street will be completely closed for north/south bound traffic. Motorists eastbound Kent in addition, to north/southbound Albert are encouraged to find alternate routes prior to reaching the intersection.
c) The intersection of Kent Street West and Lindsay Street will remain open to north/southbound traffic although traffic will be briefly stopped for two 10 minute intervals throughout the morning to allow the procession entrance into the Academy Theatre.
